【摘 要】 目的：探讨PDCA循环在降低住院患者跌倒发生率的应用效果。方法：将PDCA循环理论用于住院患者跌倒管理，比较PDCA循环运用前后住院患者跌倒发生率。结果：运用PDCA循环住院患者跌倒发生率由0.17‰降至0.12‰，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论：PDCA循环管理应用于住院患者跌倒管理，可以有效降低住院患者跌倒的发生率，从而保障患者安全。
