【摘 要】 目的：探讨育龄妇女生殖健康状况调查及对策。方法：选取本院自2016年1月至2018年12月收治的3650例育龄妇女，调查分析生殖健康状况，并提出相应对策。结果：育龄妇女患有宫颈疾病发病率(11.92%)明显高于盆腔疾病(8.79%)、阴道疾病(5.97%)、子宫疾病(5.32%)、附件疾病(5.01%)，有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论：宫颈疾病是育龄妇女患病较高的疾病，可开展多样化健康宣教，加强生殖健康知识及避孕知识指导。
