【摘 要】目的：分析普外科手术中应用抗生素药物预防手术切口感染的临床价值。方法：回顾性分析220例患者应用抗生素药物后的切口感染发生情况。结果：220例患者中，8例患者出现手术切口感染，术中单独使用抗生素感染率为1.80%，术前以及术后应用抗生素感染率为10.90%；二、三联给药切口感染发生率为10.90%。结论：抗生素药物应用于普外科手术预防切口感染的过程中，应当正确合理地选择药物。
