微创拔牙用于100例下颌智齿拔除的临床效果(1)

     【摘要】 目的:研究微创拔牙用于100例下颌智齿拔除中的临床效果。方法:选取2018年1-12月笔者所在医院收治的行下颌智齿拔除患者200例,随机分为两组,各100例。对照组实施凿骨劈冠拔牙手术,观察组实施微创拔牙手术。比较两组疗效、手术指标(肿胀程度、张口受限程度、手术时间、术后VAS评分)及并发症情况等。结果:观察组总有效率为92.00%,显著高于对照组的82.00%(P<0.05);观察组肿胀程度、张口受限程度、手术时间、术后VAS评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为9.0%,显著低于对照组的23.0%(P<0.05)。结论:微创手术用于下颌智齿拔除中的效果显著,可有效减轻患者术后肿胀、疼痛、张口受限等情况,且手术时间短,并发症少,安全性高,值得应用推广。

    Clinical Effect of Tooth Extraction with Minimally Invasive on Extraction of Mandibular Wisdom Teeth in 100 Cases/WEI Jiangqun. //Chinese and Foreign Medical Research, 2020, 18(18): -121

    [Abstract] Objective: To study the clinical effect of tooth extraction with minimally invasive on extraction of mandibular wisdom teeth in 100 cases. Method: A total of 200 patients who underwent extraction of mandibular wisdom tooth in our hospital were selected from January to December 2018, and randomly divided into two groups, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was treated with bone chisel cleft crown tooth extraction surgery, and the observation group was treated with tooth extraction with minimally invasive. The curative effect, surgical indexes (swelling degree, degree of mouth opening limitation, operation time, postoperative VAS score) and complications of the two groups were compared. Result: The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.00%, which was higher than 82.00% of the control group (P<0.05). The swelling degree, degree of mouth opening limitation, operation time, postoperative VAS score of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 9.0%, which was significantly lower than 23.0% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Minimally invasive surgery for extraction of mandibular wisdom teeth has a significant effect, which can effectively reduce postoperative swelling, pain and mouth opening limitation of patients, and the operation time is short, complications are less, and safety is high, so it is worthy of application and promotion.

    一般16~25歲人群容易萌出智齿,且随着现代人咀嚼器官的退行性改变,导致牙槽骨高度、宽度、长度等出现不同程度退化,而牙齿的退化程度小于牙槽骨退化程度,使得骨量小于牙量,从而造成智齿异位阻生、萌出的情况[1]。传统下颌智齿拔除手术相对复杂,容易诱发牙齿畸形、炎症、神经痛等,给患者造成极大的痛苦,不利于术后恢复。随着临床对各种智齿拔除手术的应用,口腔门诊也逐渐引入微创技术,且取得良好的效果[2]。因此,本文选取2018年1-12月笔者所在医院收治的行下颌智齿拔除患者200例,对微创拔牙用于下颌智齿拔除中的临床效果进行研究,报道如下。, 百拇医药(韦江群)
