微创锁定加压钢板内固定治疗股骨干粉碎性骨折的临床疗效分析

     [摘要] 目的:观察对股骨干发生粉碎性骨折的12例患者应用LISS(微创稳定系统)进行内固定治疗的临床效果。方法:回顾本院2009年8月~2010年8月,本科收治的12例股骨干发生粉碎性骨折的患者临床资料,全部患者均予以MIPPO(经皮微创钢板固定)技术进行治疗,同时观察并分析患者治疗的临床效果。结果:12例患者X线检查均提示骨性愈合,并且均未出现深部的感染。结论:应用LISS,不仅创伤小,而且操作简便,更兼有固定可靠,以及并发症少等优点,为目前对股骨远端出现的骨折进行内固定治疗最有效的方法。

    The clinical efficacy analysis of Minimally invasive locking compression plate fixation of femoral shaft fracture

    [Abstract] Objective: To observe the clinical effects of LISS (minimally invasive stabilization system) applied for fixation in 12 cases of patients with femoral shaft fractures. Methods: Clinical data of 12 cases of femoral shaft fractures in our hospital in August 2009 to August 2010 were analyzed, all patients were given MIPPO (Minimally invasive percutaneous plate) technology treatment, to observe and analyze the clinical effects. Results: X-ray examination showed bone healing in 12 cases of patients, and there were no deep infection. Conclusion: Application of LISS is not only invasive, but easy to operate, and there is fewer complication, so it is the most effective internal fixation method for the current emergence of distal femoral fractures. ......
