【摘要】 目的 探讨文拉法辛联合认知行为治疗评估惊恐障碍患者述情障碍的临床疗效。方法 97例惊恐障碍患者随机分为治疗组49例(文拉法辛联合认知行为治疗)与对照组48例(文拉法辛治疗)， 比较两组治疗后学业拖延量表(PASS)评分、多伦多述情障碍量表(TAS)总分和因子评分的差异。结果 治疗第2、4、6、8周两组PASS评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05)， 且治疗组PASS评分较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)；治疗组治疗后TAS总分和因子2得分均比治疗前及对照组治疗后明显降低(P<0.05)。结论 文拉法辛联合认知行为治疗对述情障碍有显著疗效， 可供参考。
