【摘要】 目的 探讨康复消炎栓联合左氧氟沙星、微波理疗治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法 80例慢性盆腔炎患者， 随机分为观察组40例(康复消炎栓联合左氧氟沙星、微波理疗治疗)和对照组40例(单纯左氧氟沙星治疗)， 对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果 治疗后， 观察组的总有效率为95.00%(38/40)， 显著高于对照组的80.00%(32/40)， 两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 康妇消炎栓联合左氧氟沙星、微波理疗治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效确切， 能明显改善患者的临床症状， 值得推广应用。
