对于胫骨髁间隆突骨折，关节镜手术创伤小，有助于诊断并治疗合并损伤，克氏针钢丝固定技术使骨折复位和固定可靠，有助于早期进行膝关节康复训练，能够最大程度恢复膝关节功能，是一种治疗胫骨髁间隆突撕脱性骨折理想的方法。
