高同型半胱氨酸与急性脑梗死的关系探讨(1)

     【摘要】 目的 探讨高同型半胱氨酸血症(HHcy)与急性脑梗死之间的关系及临床意义。 方法 检测128例急性脑梗死患者和66例正常人血浆Hcy水平,通过荧光生化法定量检测血中同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的浓度。并对急性脑梗死患者进行临床神经功能缺损程度评分。 结果 急性脑梗死组血浆Hcy水平明显高于对照组( P <0.05),且中型及重型血浆Hcy水平明显高于轻型( P <0.05),重型血浆Hcy水平明显高于中型( P <0.05)。 结论 高同型半胱氨酸是急性脑梗死的一个独立危险因素,且血浆Hcy水平越高,神经功能缺损程度越严重。

    【Abstract】 Objective

    Explore the relationship between the hyperhomocysteinemia (HHcy) and the acute cerebral infarction, and its clinical significance. Methods Detected 128 cases of acute cerebral infarction and 66 cases of normal plasma Hcy levels, using the fluorescence biochemical method to quantitatively detect the concentration of the total cysteine in the blood (Th-cy). And grade the deficit degree of the clinical neural function in the acute cerebral infarct patienta. Results The plasma Hcy levels of the acute cerebral infarction group were significantly higher ( P <0.05) than the matched group, and the plasma Hcy levels of the medium and heavy group were significantly higher than that of light ( P <0.05), and the plasma Hcy levels of the heavy group were significantly higher than that of light medium( P <0.05). Conclusion Homocysteine is an independent risk factor for the acute cerebral infarction. And the higher the plasma Hcy levels are, the more serious the of neurological degree deficits will be.
