     本实验采用2.5%的等渗甘露醇口感良好,易于口服,且口服后不被肠道吸收,血浆渗透压不受影响,加上6542舒张肠管,可以更加有效的减慢肠道蠕动,从而使对比剂缓慢通过消化道,产生良好的肠腔内外、邻近器官及与周

    围结构的对比,比泛影葡胺更加真实地反映肠壁的密度,因此是一种比较合适的小肠MSCTE对比剂。
