摘要 “通腑泄热法”属于中医中下法的范畴，为治疗胆胰疾病的重要治法;是依据中医理论中“六腑以通为用”的理论思想，其本质为通腑泻下，引邪下行，以清除里热，从而达到治疗疾病的目的。在胆胰疾病的治疗过程中，以其气行热清，通则不痛、祛邪扶正之效，在临床中发挥着重要的治疗作用。其代表方剂如大承气汤、大柴胡汤、茵陈蒿汤等广泛应用于临床。现探讨其在胆胰疾病中的应用，以其为临床治疗提供借鉴。
