摘要 目的：探讨2型糖尿病中医临床路径的应用效果。方法：选取2016年1月至2016年6月广州中医药大学第一附属医院收治的2型糖尿病患者745例作为研究对象，观察组(n=529)实施临床路径管理，对照组(n=216)实施普通治疗。通过比较治疗前后观察组与对照组的临床指标、中医证候积分、住院时间、住院费用等变化，以评价2型糖尿病中医临床路径应用的效果。结果：实施临床路径的观察组与对照组总体疗效相当，但观察组在改善胰岛素敏感性及缓解中医症状上较观察组有优势，且能缩短患者住院时间，减少患者住院总费用及住院药费。结论：采用中医临床路径对2型糖尿病进行管理治疗疗效确切，且改善患者胰岛素敏感性、缓解患者症状，提高住院效率，减少住院耗费。
