高能窄谱红光联合烟酰胺和胶原贴敷料治疗面部皮炎疗效观察(1)
[摘要]目的：探究高能窄譜红光联合烟酰胺和胶原贴敷料治疗面部皮炎的治疗效果。方法：选取2017年1月-2017年11月笔者医院收治的面部皮炎患者84例为研究对象，随机分为两组。对照组(42例)采用烟酰胺和胶原贴敷料治疗，观察组(42例)在对照组基础上联合高能窄谱红光治疗。观察两组患者临床评分、皮肤红斑量、TEWL、疗效及安全性。结果：两组患者在临床评分、皮肤红斑量和TEWL比较上，治疗后临床评分中的主观症状积分、客观症状积分以及总积分均显著下降(P<0.05)，皮肤红斑量和TEWL均显著降低(P<0.05)；治疗后观察组在各项指标上均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在治疗效果上，观察组总有效人数为41例，有效率为97.62%，对照组总有效人数为35例，有效率为83.33%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.974，P<0.05)。两组患者并发症发生比较，差异无统计学意义。结论：高能窄谱红光联合烟酰胺和胶原贴敷料治疗面部皮炎，能够有效减少患者各项症状积分，提升治疗效果，提高患者的自信和生活水平，有一定的安全性，值得在临床上推广应用。
