[摘要]鹿茸是我国传统名贵中药材，产业开发潜力巨大。然而，鹿茸鉴定和质量控制体系不健全，导致鹿茸市场混乱，鹿茸深加工产业发展缓慢。该文对近年来鹿茸药材鉴定和质量控制体系研究进展进行概述，并剖析目前存在的问题。在此基础上，作者提出鹿茸鉴定和质量控制体系建立的可行性研究方案，为建立鹿茸综合评价体系提供思路。
